La perspective a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e par Me Ahmed Guenoun, pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation Nassa\u00efm Al-Andalous, lors d\u2019un point de presse tenu au si\u00e8ge du Royal Country Club de Tanger.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las des promesses qui, selon lui, n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suivies d\u2019effets et confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une situation financi\u00e8re devenue particuli\u00e8rement difficile, le pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation n\u2019exclut plus de mettre un terme \u00e0 l\u2019aventure de ce festival, devenu au fil des \u00e9ditions l\u2019un des rendez-vous embl\u00e9matiques de la musique andalouse dans la r\u00e9gion du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant quinze ans, Andalousiats Tanger a r\u00e9uni des artistes de renom et des orchestres r\u00e9put\u00e9s, attirant \u00e0 Tanger des passionn\u00e9s venus de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du Maroc. Au-del\u00e0 de la programmation artistique, le festival s\u2019est progressivement impos\u00e9 comme un espace de valorisation et de transmission d\u2019un patrimoine musical profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9 dans l\u2019histoire culturelle du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Mais derri\u00e8re les concerts et les soir\u00e9es musicales, une autre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 s\u2019est install\u00e9e : celle d\u2019un festival confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s de financement qui menacent d\u00e9sormais sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Visiblement affect\u00e9 par cette situation, Me Ahmed Guenoun a fait part de son exasp\u00e9ration face \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re comme un manque de soutien institutionnel. Il envisage m\u00eame de \u00ab claquer la porte \u00bb si aucune solution durable n\u2019est trouv\u00e9e pour permettre au festival de poursuivre son parcours.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation Nassa\u00efm Al-Andalous ne compte toutefois pas en rester l\u00e0. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019engager une action en justice contre le minist\u00e8re de la Culture, estimant que celui-ci devait apporter son soutien au festival. Une d\u00e9marche qui, si elle se concr\u00e9tise, pourrait ouvrir un d\u00e9bat plus large sur les m\u00e9canismes de soutien public aux manifestations culturelles et sur les engagements des diff\u00e9rents partenaires institutionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quinze ans, Andalousiats Tanger se retrouve ainsi \u00e0 un tournant d\u00e9cisif.
