Fantoche s\u2019applique, donc, \u00e0 Ben Battoche, un Sahraoui marocain dissident, n\u00e9 \u00e0 Rhamna, r\u00e9gion de Marrakech-Safi; les Alg\u00e9riens ont falsifi\u00e9 cette donn\u00e9e en pr\u00e9tendant qu\u2019il est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Smara.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ben Battoche est un \u00abchef d’\u00c9tat \u00bb qui n’a aucun pouvoir r\u00e9el \u00e0 Tindouf, il n\u2019applique que les ordres de la junte militaire d\u2019Alger.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Voici l\u2019histoire de la d\u00e9cadence de Ben Battoche, par la presse :<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019absence des hauts responsables alg\u00e9riens, aussi bien \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture qu\u2019\u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture de ce qui est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme \u00abl\u2019universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 des cadres du Polisario\u00bb, contraste avec le soutien politique constamment affich\u00e9 par Alger \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de Ben Battoche et son mouvement s\u00e9paratiste, h\u00e9berg\u00e9, financ\u00e9 et arm\u00e9 par l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie depuis 1975, et le peuple alg\u00e9riens meurt de faim.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9ception r\u00e9serv\u00e9e \u00e0 Ben Battoche illustre surtout la distance entre le discours officiel et le traite-ment qui lui est officiellement accord\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition de l\u2019universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 des cadres du Polisario\u00bb, organis\u00e9e, du 11 au 20 ao\u00fbt, \u00e0 Boumerd\u00e8s, \u00e0 45 km \u00e0 l’est de la capitale Alger, s\u2019est achev\u00e9e sur une s\u00e9quence r\u00e9v\u00e9latrice :<\/p>\n

Ben Battoche, qui avait particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9ance inaugurale, fut interdit d\u2019assister \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par Bouchraya Bayoune, pr\u00e9tendu \u00ab Premier ministre \u00bb de la fantomatique r\u00e9publique\u00bb de Tindouf : sa pr\u00e9sence resta effac\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de la s\u00e9ance de cl\u00f4ture.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l\u2019ouverture comme \u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture, aucun haut responsable alg\u00e9rien ne s\u2019est d\u00e9plac\u00e9. Pas de ministre, pas de pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019une des deux Chambres du Parlement: aucune participation de haut niveau aux travaux; seule la wali de Boumerd\u00e8s, Fouzia Na\u00e2ma, d\u00e9pourvue de toute personnalit\u00e9, \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente, dans l\u2019ennui.<\/p>\n

Le contraste est d\u2019autant plus notable, que cette\u00a0 soi-disant universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 du Polisario constitue, depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, un rendez-vous important pour les chefs du Polisario et leurs soutiens alg\u00e9riens.<\/p>\n

Organis\u00e9e sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du Comit\u00e9 alg\u00e9rien de solidarit\u00e9 cette fange appel\u00e9e \u00abpeuple sahraoui \u00bb, la rencontre sert traditionnellement de tribune \u00e0 la direction s\u00e9paratiste pour r\u00e9affirmer son alignement sur la position d\u2019Alger \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du dossier du Sahara marocain.<\/p>\n

Ben Battoche, cette ann\u00e9e encore, a multipli\u00e9 les d\u00e9clarations \u00e9logieuses \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie lors de son intervention \u00e0 Boumerd\u00e8s, avant d\u2019\u00eatre discr\u00e8tement \u00e9cart\u00e9 de la rencontre pour un lapsus linguae.<\/p>\n

Arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Alger avant de rejoindre Boumerd\u00e8s, Ben Battoche n\u2019avait pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019un accueil officiel de haut niveau: aucun responsable gouvernemental de premier plan ne s\u2019est affich\u00e9 \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s. M\u00eame le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil de la nation, Azzouz Nasri, n\u2019a pas assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture, contrairement \u00e0 des informations diffus\u00e9es par l\u2019Agence Sahraouie de Presse.<\/p>\n

Fait insolite, le discours de Ben Battoche, marocain sahraoui, a \u00e9t\u00e9 lu par un parlementaire alg\u00e9rien, Ayach Jbablia en l\u2019occurrence : Quelle salade !<\/p>\n

Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment a retenu l\u2019attention : Ben Battoche a fait son d\u00e9placement entre Alger et Tindouf \u00e0 bord d\u2019un vol commercial, classe \u00e9conomique,comme l\u2019attestait les images diffus\u00e9es de son voyage.<\/p>\n

Des dissidents du Polisario \u00e9tablis en Europe, dont l\u2019ancien d\u00e9tenu politique Abba Bouzid, ont largement relay\u00e9 ces photographies: elles montraient Ben Battoche \u00e0 bord d\u2019un avion commercial reliant Alger \u00e0 Tindouf. Selon le r\u00e9cit accompagnant ces images, Ben Battoche a m\u00eame rencontr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver le si\u00e8ge qui lui \u00e9tait attribu\u00e9, avant qu\u2019un passager ne lui c\u00e9da le sien, par complaisance.<\/p>\n

Ce traitement humiliant d\u2019Alger \u00e0 l\u2019endroit de Ben Battoche ne date pas de cette ann\u00e9e 2026 :<\/p>\n

Lors de l\u2019universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 de 2025, l\u2019ouverture s\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en l\u2019absence de tout membre du r\u00e9-gime alg\u00e9rien. Aucun responsable de premier plan n\u2019avait accompagn\u00e9 Bouchraya Bayoune, pourtant pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme le \u00abPremier ministre\u00bb de Ben Battoche.<\/p>\n

La repr\u00e9sentation d\u2019Alger s\u2019\u00e9tait alors r\u00e9duite \u00e0 une intervention \u00e0 distance de Sa\u00efd Ayachi, pr\u00e9sident du \u00abComit\u00e9 alg\u00e9rien de solidarit\u00e9 avec cette population h\u00e9t\u00e9roclite, constitu\u00e9e, notamment, d\u2019Alg\u00e9riens, de Mauritaniens, de Libyens, de Maliens de Tchadiens, de Nig\u00e9riens, de vieux Cubains, envoy\u00e9s de force \u00e0 Tindouf par Fid\u00e8le Castro\u00a0 une population appel\u00e9e peuple sahraoui, par les Alg\u00e9riens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
