Au milieu des r\u00e9sidences modernes et des h\u00f4tels de standing, un amas de d\u00e9tritus et d\u2019immondices s\u2019est transform\u00e9 en v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9charge \u00e0 ciel ouvert, d\u00e9gageant une odeur naus\u00e9abonde qui incommode riverains et passants.<\/strong><br \/>\nSur place, le d\u00e9cor est accablant : bouteilles de vin abandonn\u00e9es, restes de repas \u00e9parpill\u00e9s, emballages en plastique, canettes, m\u00e9gots de cigarettes et m\u00eame des plaquettes de pilules contraceptives jonchent le sol. Autant d\u2019indices qui t\u00e9moignent de soir\u00e9es marqu\u00e9es par l\u2019incivisme et la d\u00e9bauche, dans une indiff\u00e9rence totale au respect du voisinage et de l\u2019espace public.<br \/>\nLes habitants d\u00e9noncent une situation devenue r\u00e9currente, particuli\u00e8rement les week-ends et apr\u00e8s les soir\u00e9es nocturnes. Ils pointent du doigt l\u2019absence de contr\u00f4le, le manque de civisme de certains visiteurs ainsi que l\u2019insuffisance des op\u00e9rations de nettoyage. Pour beaucoup, il est incompr\u00e9hensible qu\u2019un quartier aussi strat\u00e9gique et prestigieux soit livr\u00e9 \u00e0 un tel abandon.<br \/>\nCette sc\u00e8ne soul\u00e8ve une nouvelle fois la question de la pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019image de Tanger, \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 la ville multiplie les projets de modernisation et ambitionne de rayonner \u00e0 l\u2019international \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030.
