Des journalistes, chercheurs et acteurs des m\u00e9dias issus de plusieurs pays arabes se sont r\u00e9unis, mercredi 6 mai, \u00e0 la Maison de la Presse, autour d\u2019un th\u00e8me au c\u0153ur des mutations num\u00e9riques contemporaines : \u00ab L\u2019\u00e9thique du blogging entre libert\u00e9 et influence \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Cette rencontre, mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par Sa\u00efd Kobrit, a constitu\u00e9 un espace d\u2019\u00e9change ouvert et constructif permettant aux participants de confronter leurs visions sur un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne m\u00e9diatique en pleine expansion : le blogging.<\/p>\n

Dans une atmosph\u00e8re marqu\u00e9e par la franchise, la transparence et le respect de la diversit\u00e9 des opinions, les intervenants ont analys\u00e9 les multiples dimensions de cette nouvelle forme d\u2019expression qui red\u00e9finit progressivement les modes traditionnels de communication.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9bats ont mis en exergue la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 du blogging en tant qu\u2019espace d\u2019expression hybride, m\u00ealant narration personnelle, analyse critique, contenus audiovisuels et usages vari\u00e9s du langage. Les participants ont soulign\u00e9 que ce mode de communication, port\u00e9 par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les plateformes num\u00e9riques, s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme un outil influent capable de fa\u00e7onner l\u2019opinion publique, d\u2019orienter les d\u00e9bats soci\u00e9taux et parfois m\u00eame d\u2019influencer les d\u00e9cisions politiques ou \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n

Entre d\u00e9fenseurs d\u2019une libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression sans contraintes et partisans d\u2019un encadrement plus rigoureux, les \u00e9changes ont port\u00e9 sur plusieurs questions sensibles : o\u00f9 s\u2019arr\u00eatent les limites de la libert\u00e9 num\u00e9rique ? Jusqu\u2019o\u00f9 peut aller l\u2019influence des blogueurs sur les internautes, notamment les jeunes ? Comment distinguer l\u2019information cr\u00e9dible du contenu sensationnaliste ou manipulateur ?
\nPlusieurs intervenants ont \u00e9galement alert\u00e9 sur les d\u00e9rives possibles du blogging lorsqu\u2019il \u00e9chappe \u00e0 toute responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9thique. La propagation de fausses informations, les atteintes \u00e0 la vie priv\u00e9e, les discours haineux ou encore la qu\u00eate effr\u00e9n\u00e9e du buzz ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9s comme autant de d\u00e9fis n\u00e9cessitant une r\u00e9flexion collective et urgente.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers leurs interventions, les participants ont insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de promouvoir une culture num\u00e9rique responsable fond\u00e9e sur le respect de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, la v\u00e9rification des sources et la pr\u00e9servation des valeurs professionnelles du journalisme. Ils ont \u00e9galement plaid\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un cadre d\u00e9ontologique capable d\u2019accompagner l\u2019\u00e9volution rapide des m\u00e9dias num\u00e9riques sans pour autant porter atteinte aux libert\u00e9s individuelles.
