Anim\u00e9e par Sa\u00efd Kadiri, cette rencontre a r\u00e9uni l\u2019actrice Sanae Regragui, la r\u00e9alisatrice Layla Triqui ainsi que le conseiller communal charg\u00e9 du sport et la culture, Abdeloiahid Boulaich, devant un public attentif et engag\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Plac\u00e9e sous le signe de la r\u00e9flexion et du dialogue, cette rencontre a offert un espace d\u2019\u00e9changes privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 autour du mouvement culturel \u00e0 Tanger et de l\u2019image de la ville du D\u00e9troit dans la litt\u00e9rature et le cin\u00e9ma. Les interventions, enrichies par les contributions du public, ont permis de croiser les regards, de confronter les perceptions et d\u2019esquisser des pistes concr\u00e8tes pour hisser le produit culturel local \u00e0 la hauteur du rayonnement \u00e9conomique de la ville.<\/p>\n<p>Prenant la parole avec franchise, l\u2019actrice tang\u00e9roise Sanae Regragui n\u2019a pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 pointer du doigt les insuffisances du paysage culturel local. Elle a notamment regrett\u00e9 un d\u00e9calage entre les ambitions affich\u00e9es et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain, malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de multiples espaces et structures culturelles. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, elle a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 le festival du film de Tanger, d\u00e9plorant une faible implication du public tang\u00e9rois.<\/p>\n<p>Une analyse que n\u2019a pas partag\u00e9e Abdeloiahid Boulaich. Ce dernier a oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 cette lecture un bilan qu\u2019il juge globalement positif, mettant en avant les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et l\u2019enrichissement de l\u2019offre culturelle dans la ville ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la r\u00e9alisatrice Layla Triqui, profond\u00e9ment attach\u00e9e \u00e0 Tanger, a centr\u00e9 son intervention sur son long m\u00e9trage Empreintes du vent, une \u0153uvre salu\u00e9e pour sa sensibilit\u00e9 et sa profondeur.
