{"id":6372,"date":"2026-04-26T15:13:38","date_gmt":"2026-04-26T13:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fr.365yawm.ma\/?p=6372"},"modified":"2026-04-26T15:13:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-26T13:13:38","slug":"urgences-chu-agents-de-soins-et-agents-de-securite-doivent-etre-proteges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fr.365yawm.ma\/index.php\/2026\/04\/26\/urgences-chu-agents-de-soins-et-agents-de-securite-doivent-etre-proteges\/","title":{"rendered":"URGENCES\/CHU: AGENTS DE SOINS ET AGENTS DE S\u00c9CURIT\u00c9 DOIVENT \u00caTRE PROT\u00c9G\u00c9S"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le corps m\u00e9dical, param\u00e9dical ainsi que les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 affect\u00e9s aux urgences du centre hospitalier universitaire de Tanger m\u00e9ritent une protection effective face aux agressions r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es dont ils sont victimes dans l\u2019exercice de leurs fonctions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces incidents, de plus en plus fr\u00e9quents, traduisent un malaise profond au sein d\u2019un service d\u00e9j\u00e0 soumis \u00e0 une pression constante.<br \/>\nAux urgences, chaque minute compte.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9decins, infirmiers et aides-soignants s\u2019emploient, souvent dans des conditions difficiles, \u00e0 prodiguer des soins vitaux, parfois au p\u00e9ril de leur propre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s, les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 assurent une mission tout aussi essentielle : r\u00e9guler les flux, pr\u00e9venir les d\u00e9bordements et garantir un minimum d\u2019ordre dans un environnement marqu\u00e9 par l\u2019affluence et l\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n<p>Or, ces professionnels, chacun dans son domaine de comp\u00e9tence, se retrouvent trop souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des comportements agressifs, voire violents, de la part de certains usagers ou accompagnants. Exc\u00e9d\u00e9s par l\u2019attente, incompr\u00e9hensifs face aux priorit\u00e9s m\u00e9dicales ou simplement d\u00e9pass\u00e9s par l\u2019angoisse, certains franchissent la ligne rouge, mettant en danger ceux-l\u00e0 m\u00eames qui s\u2019efforcent de leur porter assistance.<br \/>\nCes d\u00e9passements ne sauraient \u00eatre banalis\u00e9s.
