{"id":6259,"date":"2026-03-28T19:05:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-28T18:05:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fr.365yawm.ma\/?p=6259"},"modified":"2026-03-28T19:05:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-28T18:05:10","slug":"congres-de-tanger-le-diabete-un-tueur-aux-multiples-facettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fr.365yawm.ma\/index.php\/2026\/03\/28\/congres-de-tanger-le-diabete-un-tueur-aux-multiples-facettes\/","title":{"rendered":"CONGR\u00c8S DE TANGER : LE DIAB\u00c8TE, UN TUEUR AUX MULTIPLES FACETTES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La 3\u1d49 \u00e9dition du Congr\u00e8s National du Diab\u00e8te, organis\u00e9e du 26 au 29 mars par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Marocaine de Diab\u00e9tologie (SMD), a r\u00e9uni une pl\u00e9iade d\u2019experts marocains et internationaux autour des avanc\u00e9es scientifiques dans la lutte contre le diab\u00e8te de type 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.365yawm.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/images-4-1.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6262\" src=\"https:\/\/fr.365yawm.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/images-4-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"588\" height=\"297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fr.365yawm.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/images-4-1.jpeg 588w, https:\/\/fr.365yawm.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/images-4-1-300x152.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par la mont\u00e9e des maladies non transmissibles, responsables de pr\u00e8s de 85 % des d\u00e9c\u00e8s au Maroc, les sp\u00e9cialistes ont tir\u00e9 la sonnette d\u2019alarme : le diab\u00e8te ne peut plus \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une pathologie isol\u00e9e. Il s\u2019inscrit d\u00e9sormais dans un syst\u00e8me complexe impliquant \u00e9troitement les maladies cardiovasculaires et r\u00e9nales.<br \/>\nAvec pr\u00e8s de 2,9 millions de Marocains concern\u00e9s, dont pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers non diagnostiqu\u00e9s, le diab\u00e8te repr\u00e9sente un enjeu majeur de sant\u00e9 publique. Les experts ont insist\u00e9 sur le caract\u00e8re silencieux de ses complications, souvent d\u00e9tect\u00e9es tardivement, aggravant ainsi les risques d\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale et de maladies cardiaques.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9bats ont mis en \u00e9vidence un <strong>\u00ab cercle vicieux<\/strong> \u00bb entre diab\u00e8te, c\u0153ur et reins : chaque atteinte acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la d\u00e9gradation de l\u2019autre. D\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, selon les congressistes, d\u2019abandonner une approche centr\u00e9e uniquement sur la glyc\u00e9mie au profit d\u2019une prise en charge globale prot\u00e9geant les organes vitaux.<br \/>\nC\u00f4t\u00e9 th\u00e9rapeutique, les innovations ont occup\u00e9 une place centrale. Plusieurs intervenants ont soulign\u00e9 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des nouvelles bith\u00e9rapies, notamment l\u2019association empagliflozine\/metformine, qui am\u00e9liore \u00e0 la fois le contr\u00f4le glyc\u00e9mique, le poids et la protection cardiovasculaire et r\u00e9nale.<\/p>\n<p>Les recommandations internationales r\u00e9centes pr\u00e9conisent d\u2019ailleurs une approche plus pr\u00e9coce et plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9e du traitement.<br \/>\nAu-del\u00e0 des avanc\u00e9es m\u00e9dicales, le congr\u00e8s a \u00e9galement mis en avant l\u2019importance de la collaboration entre m\u00e9decins, chercheurs et industrie pharmaceutique pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux traitements et r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts pour les patients.<br \/>\nEn conclusion, les participants ont appel\u00e9 \u00e0 une transformation en profondeur du syst\u00e8me de prise en charge des maladies chroniques au Maroc, fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration, l\u2019innovation et la pr\u00e9vention.
