Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9moli \u00e0 cause des travaux de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement et de construction qu\u2019a connus la corniche Merkala. Les lieux o\u00f9 se trouvait ce rocher connaissaient une grande affluence de femmes et <span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">jeunes filles pour solliciter la baraka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La pi\u00e8ce, mise en sc\u00e8ne par Abdelmajid El Haouasse, raconte l\u2019histoire de deux personnages Lalla J\u2019mila et Yetto. Dans la nuit noire, Yetto, la soeur cadette de Lalla J\u2019mila, arrive dans un lieu quasi-d\u00e9sert. Mais, un groupe de jeunes filles y sont venues dans l\u2019espoir de provoquer le miracle qui mettra fin \u00e0 leur c\u00e9libat. Lalla J\u2019mila ne s\u2019attendait pas \u00e0 une visite si tardive. De cette rencontre d\u00e9bute le jeu de narration. C\u2019est l\u2019histoire de deux femmes, de deux modes de pens\u00e9e. La premi\u00e8re, Lalla J\u2019mila est conservatrice et n\u2019\u00e9prouve aucune r\u00e9volte contre les coutumes et\u00a0 les traditions. Sa r\u00e9bellion est personnelle. Elle vise son beau-p\u00e8re qui l\u2019a humili\u00e9e, elle et sa m\u00e8re, et qui leur a inflig\u00e9 un ch\u00e2timent des plus horribles. Il les a oblig\u00e9es \u00e0 fouler pieds nus les ronces qui envahissent toutes ses terres, en raison d\u2019une mauvaise r\u00e9colte.
