Sur Twitter, des hashtags sont m\u00eame en train de cartonner: \u0642\u0627\u0646\u0648\u0646_\u0627\u0644\u0643\u0645\u0627\u0645\u0629# (la loi de la bavette), \u0627\u0631\u0641\u0636_2220# (refuse 2220)\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019a-t-il de particulier? ledit texte entend r\u00e9glementer les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et barrer la route aux fake news. Adopt\u00e9 en fin mars dernier en Conseil de gouvernement, la version int\u00e9grale dudit texte n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e. Pourtant, ce sont des passages de ce texte qui font justement jaser plusieurs Marocains qui l\u2019estiment restrictif de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression en d\u00e9phasage par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019esprit de la Constitution de 2011, mais aussi avec \u00a0toutes les normes internationales en pareille mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019heure, les clauses qui font le tour de la toile, interdisent le recours aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour un appel au boycott. Tout \u201ccontrevenant\u201d serait passible de 6 mois \u00e0 3 ans de prison et\/ou une\u00a0amende de 5.000 \u00e0 50.000 DH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre point controvers\u00e9 de ce texte: l\u2019interdiction de diffuser de fausses informations qui pourraient faire douter de la qualit\u00e9 ou de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2026 d\u2019un produit quelconque. D\u2019aucune jugent la sanction pr\u00e9vue ici comme \u00e9tant excessive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devant le grand flot de r\u00e9actions, le ministre d\u2019Etat aux droits de l\u2019Homme, Mustafa Ramid, est sorti pour faire le point sur le sujet. La version \u00e0 l\u2019origine de cette pol\u00e9mique, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9e par certains membres du gouvernement.
