Ainsi,selon noticiasalava.com, \u00a0maire de Tanger, Mounir Laymouri, et la maire de Vitoria, Maider Etxebarria, ont sign\u00e9 ce lundi un m\u00e9morandum d’entente o\u00f9 les deux parties ont notifi\u00e9 leur engagement \u00e0 renforcer la collaboration entre Tanger et Vitoria dans les domaines de la durabilit\u00e9, de l’\u00e9conomie, du tourisme et de la culture. Le m\u00e9morandum vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 promouvoir des initiatives bilat\u00e9rales socio-culturelles et \u00e0 consolider les relations institutionnelles.<\/p>\n

Lors de cette visite qui a dur\u00e9 une heure, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 question de l’\u00e9tat du palais Alava-Esquivel, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la municipalit\u00e9 de Tanger situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Vitoria, capitale du Pays basque espagnol qui ne cesse de se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9tat de d\u00e9labrement de l\u2019\u00e9difice ne cesse de s’accentuer, faute d\u2019entretien. La mairie de Vitoria a donc s\u00e9vi au fil des ans en infligeant des amendes \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 marocaine, lesquelles sont aujourd\u2019hui au nombre de sept\u2026 toutes rest\u00e9es impay\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

A l’issue de cette visite, le maire de Tanger, Mounir Laymouri, et la maire de Vitoria, Maider Etxebarria, ont convenu de cr\u00e9er un comit\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de trouver une issue salutaire \u00e0 la situation de ce palais .<\/p>\n

Il faut rappeler qu’en 2016, Mohamed Bachir Abdellaoui, alors maire de Tanger, s\u2019\u00e9tait rendu \u00e0 Vitoria pour mettre fin \u00e0 ce litige entre les deux villes, et faire part de son engagement pour la restauration de la b\u00e2tisse, dont le montant des travaux se chiffrait \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque \u00e0 deux millions d\u2019euros, en plus des frais des amendes et taxes impay\u00e9es. Son initiative est rest\u00e9e lettre morte.<\/p>\n
