Poussi\u00e8res, bouchons, ralentissement important de la circulation, chantiers \u00e0 ciel ouvert&#8230;en tout cas il faut surtout s&rsquo;armer de patience.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9liminaires seront men\u00e9es pour la r\u00e9alisation de nouvelles lignes de tramway dans le cadre d\u2019un accord de partenariat impliquant plusieurs parties, notamment le Conseil de la ville de Tanger, le Conseil de la r\u00e9gion de Tanger-T\u00e9touan-Al Hoceima, l\u2019Agence pour le d\u00e9veloppement des r\u00e9gions du Nord, ainsi que le Minist\u00e8re des Transports et de la Logistique.
