Le Ministre de l’Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur, de la Recherche Scientifique et de l’Innovation, Abdellatif MIRAOUI, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9, vendredi 05 mai 2023, \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne Gare de la Ville de Tanger, le lancement officiel de la Premi\u00e8re Edition du programme \u00ab Droit par l\u2019Art \u00bb, mis en place en partenariat avec le minist\u00e8re de la Jeunesse, de la Culture et de la Communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lors de son intervention \u00e0 cette occasion, le Ministre a affirm\u00e9 que ce programme qui s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre du Plan d\u2019Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la Transformation de l\u2019Ecosyst\u00e8me de l\u2019Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur, de la Recherche Scientifique et de l\u2019Innovation (PACTE ESRI 2030), et qu\u2019il a pour objet principal d\u2019illustrer le nouveau mod\u00e8le de l’Universit\u00e9 publique marocaine, lieu de transmission de connaissances, \u00e0 travers la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un lieu d’expression artistique et culturel qui rel\u00e8ve le d\u00e9fi de la compr\u00e9hension des principes et des th\u00e8mes majeurs du droit.<\/p>\n

Ce programme propose \u00e9galement plusieurs th\u00e8mes qui couvrent plusieurs aspects intimement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la vie quotidienne, allant de certaines dispositions du code p\u00e9nale et du code des obligations et des contrats \u00e0 la diss\u00e9mination de certaines notions juridiques de base ou m\u00eame des clarifications en rapport avec le fonctionnement de certaines institutions.<\/p>\n

Il est \u00e0 mentionner que cette \u00e9dition couvrira plusieurs activit\u00e9s, comprenant une exposition d\u2019\u0153uvres r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par des artistes talentueux, relay\u00e9e par des sessions-d\u00e9bat anim\u00e9es par des experts des questions juridiques. Elle compte aussi la contribution des \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Abdelmalek Essa\u00e2di, dont notamment pour la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019\u0153uvre th\u00e9\u00e2trale. Cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition va \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des autres r\u00e9gions du Royaume.<\/p>\n
