L\u2019agent de police lui a demand\u00e9 de lui pr\u00e9senter l\u2019autorisation de d\u00e9placement exceptionnelle, en vigueur pendant l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence sanitaire, mais le mis en accuse a refus\u00e9 et a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en trombe.<\/p>\n<p>Dans sa tentative de prendre la poudre d&rsquo;escampette, le conducteur a percut\u00e9 le policier.
